"The last descendant of ancient kings, Aragorn is fated to claim the long empty throne of Gondor in Minas Tirith, should he prove himself worthy. It is a future he never wanted, yet by his valor and nobility of heart, Aragorn is bound to fulfill this destiny and lead the people of Gondor toward their uncertain future. Newly crowned under his Elf name, Elessar, the king rides out at the head of his forces to answer the threat of Mordor and confront the darkness that seeks to destroy them." The detail of these Toy Biz figures is practically photographic. Plus they are extremely well articulated, and Aragorn has sword-slashing action at the push of a button for enhanced play value. Yet, you do not need to be a child to collect and appreciate this collection.

This action figure is just ok. It could have been better in a lot of ways like for one aragorn's cape will never stay on. There are many points of articulation though so if u like putting your action figures in poses and then displaying them this is the right one to get. Another bad thing about this figure is WHERE DID THE ACTION GO??? this aragorn cant do anything therefore its not much of an ACTION figure. In my opinion, keep your eyes peeled and look for another aragorn unless all u want from your action figures are poses.

I just got this Aragorn figure today. I do own all the previous Aragorn figures but this one in perticular caught my attenion since he has been done perfectly everything on this figure has been done movie accurate from his wardrobe to Anduril. This Aragorn is the only one thus far that is super posable unlike the other ones wich when you try to get them into a cool pose you hear that cracking sound that sounds like it is about to brake this one however you do not need to worry about that. Other than his cape falling out this figure is a great buy for all LORD OF THE RINGS lovers especially all the Aragorn ones. way to go ToyBiz

Aragorn is my only Aragorn so far but the best. He wears his Gondorian armor and his battle cry before the battle. I love the articulation on this figure. Top notch. I only have two complaints for this figure. 1. Anduril(the sword)bends easily and 2. The cape keeps falling off. This could be from when I took him out of the box I had too much presure or that the capes weight is not substatial to the two little pegs that go into his back. Overall, a great figure.

I'm not the sort of collector who feels the need to get every single figure in a line -- I tend to get my favorite characters only, and I couldn't resist this figure. Out of the three sets of toys released with the "Lord of the Rings" films, this is the best-looking Aragorn figure yet. We get him here in his Gondorian garb that he wears for the final battle before the Black Gates of Mordor, the emblem of the White Tree upon his chest, Anduril in his hand. This is Aragorn the King. This figure is super-posable -- a ton of articulation. Toy Biz, it seems has found the way to give us articulation without sacrificing the look of an action figure -- this is a toy that both looks great and plays great. The only complaint I would have is that the box says that Aragorn can hold Anduril two-handed, and I haven't been able to get mine to do that -- he's quite articulated, but the arms don't bend inwards quite enough to allow that pose. All in all, though, it's a great action figure, and a must for ROTK fans.

This Aragorn is cool for battles! This toy is a "MUST" for your collection. Aragorn's dagger in the back shealth is a little small but not flimsy. Aragorn's Anduril has no shealth but his Anduril is long and steady so it's not flimsy the other three Aragorn's I have are also with my collection of L.O.T.R. action figures and toys. I will recommend this to any L.O.T.R. fan.

I really like this figure. The detail is very good. The Andruil sword is neat. The blade has runes running from the top to the bottom. He looks very kingly. His cape is inserted into the back of the figure,It comes out kind of easily but he looks neat with or without it."

I got a new one and it is great it has a sword and a removable cape and a crown. Highly reccomand

Very superior detail. Super deal...always love those GREEN deals in the clearance zone. well featured..lifelike facial features. Nice addition if you are collecting LOTR.

I am a collector of The Lord of the Rings figures, dolls, statues, and other movie-related items. King Aragorn is one of my favorite characters from the books AND the movies. Therefore, this figure was one of my "must have" items.

the above said. It's interesting, and it shows what warriors would dress like back then. I'm just thinking, middle earth is a different world, so it's interesting to think, it might be out there, and they could of progressed faster than we did. Humans around here are dumb, smoking, drinking, littering, and it goes to show people have gotten really bad

I have been Lord of the Rings fan for sometime and I've always wanted to own this sword ever since I saw it on the big screen. Now after waiting many years I have finally been able to purchase it and add it to my sword collection. I would like to first say that this product is finely crafted. The attention to detail makes it feel and look like the legendary blade in the film. The detail from the elven ruins to the golden markings on the pummel are just beautiful. The blade's length is by far something to behold. The weight is something that you have to get use to. Since the handle was designed like a long sword or broad sword, the length of blade however is like great sword. Because of this the functionality of this sword isn't great. I don't know how anyone could wield such weapon in battle for long, unless they had sturdy and strong arms. However since this piece was only really meant to be displayed on a wall and used for brief demonstrations it doesn't disappoint. It is truly a wondrous weapon, that begs your attention and makes you think about the many battles it was wielded in throughout the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. In conclusion I recommend this sword highly, it craftsmanship is superb and it will make great addition to any sword collector or better yet a great addition to any Lord of the Rings fan's collection.
